Nose
It begins with an intense aroma of well ripened fruit. Notes of good ageing in barrels, burnt wood, pipe tobacco and toast. It soon opens up and is well harmonised with a balsamic background.
Mouth
Full bodied. Fruit , wood and a flinty minerality. Well balanced, powerful and tasty with an elegant finish. A great wine with a lot of life ahead.
